There are 4 Classic Double rooms. Three of them are log cabins which form a wing alongside the courtyard in front of the hotel; the other is in the main hotel building.

The Chaplin Room:

Situated at the rear of the main building, overlooking the rear of the property.  The famous film star stayed in this room in the 1970s! It is a spacious room with a double bed and a TV.

Suilven, An Teallach and Stac Pollaidh Rooms:

Named after famous mountains in the area can all be set up as double or twin-bedded rooms. Their roofs are turf-covered – an early example of eco-friendly insulation!  Suilven and Stac Pollaidh have normal bathrooms with showers over the bath; An Teallach is specially adapted to be wheel-chair-friendly and has a walk-in shower with a wet-room floor – see photo below. We strive to make these rooms as eco-friendly as possible and being at one with nature’s peace and quiet these rooms do not feature televisions, nor do they have a view of the sea.
