Sous Chef and Chef de Partie
These people have a disciplined work ethic, and excellent knowledge of food preparation, ingredients and cooking techniques. You are passionate about your craft and eager to learn. You are responsible, neat and clean, respectful and are happy to be a part of a team that values integrity. Professional education and / or experience is vital, especially with regard to seafood.
Front of House Manager
Guests are your top priority – your care and love for our guests is your drive. Beyond that, you are the smooth transference of our outstanding food to our beautiful restaurant and bistro and so you work in respectful partnership with our kitchen. In the dining rooms, you are elegant and have an eye for detail; you notice what our guests need before they know it. You are genuinely warm and welcoming. You work well in the small team with the same care and elegance. Previous hospitality / restaurant / people experience is vital.
Bar & Bistro Manager
This person must be dedicated to caring for our guests and also be a natural diplomat! Knowledge and experience of the use and care of beer lines and coffee machines is vital. You will also be required to serve in the Bistro and Restaurant. If you are emphatic about giving our guests the best experience possible, please contact us.
This person must be caring, know how to make a room homely, take pride in the cleaning and upkeep of our rooms and buildings. You will have an eye for detail, know and understand how to use and care for the tools and equipment of housekeeping, and take responsibility for and lead a small team. If you care deeply for our guests enjoying an impeccable experience, please contact us.
